I had a culinary delightful pleasure of sampling a rich assortment of appetizers for an outdoor celebration of life for a dear friend. We had much more than the above selection. The variety of offerings and taste sensations for the event were impeccable!

Marinated Grilled Colorado Beef Tenderloin

Steven and his team at European Caterers were exceptional! They catered our wedding at Spring Creeks Ranch for about 200 people. Everyone was raving about how delicious the passed appetizers were, how amazing the plated dinner was, and how professional the staff was! Everyone I talked to said they cleaned their plate because it was so delicious, that doesn't always happen at a wedding! The servers were quick and efficient. The bartenders were fantastic and friendly! Everyone loved our signature drink! If you ever have any sort of event that needs to be catered in the Aspen area I wouldn't use anyone except, European Caterers!
